Admission to the ECCE Programme classes is made on the basis of age and health and the necessary documents as listed below. Admissions are normally not made in other Classes. Vacancies are filled if they occur in other classes. Application forms are issued for admission to ECCE-PREP and ECCEJUNIOR class tentatively from 1st to 7th March. The last date for submission of forms is usually around 10th March. The form must be completed in all respects. Authentic Birth Certificate of the child from authorities of local self govt. bodies is accepted. Procedure for admission to class I in case of vacancy occurring is also the same.

In the case of children coming from another school, and seeking admission in classes II to XI, a School Leaving certificate from the Head of the institution in the format given by C.B.S.E. must be enclosed. After completing formalities the list of selected candidates is put up on the school Notice Board.

Admissions to class XI are granted to fill the vacancies on the basis of performance in X Board exam. Admission to Class XI for students from other schools shall be strictly on the merit in the entrance exam conducted by the school.

The school academic session is from 1 st April to 31st March. The holidays observed by the institution, generally correspond with those declared by the M.P. Education Department.

If children are to be withdrawn from the school, notice of at least one month must be given in writing. If such a notice of withdrawal is not given, fees till the month in which T.C. application is submitted will be charged.
